Booking & Cancellation Policy

All new clients are required to complete a client intake form. This is to gather relevant information about your suitability for treatment.

I collect personal information such as your name, address, contact number and email. This information is used to notify you of updates, sales and to directly contact you. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Keeping time in the clinic is essential to the smooth running of the business. Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes early so that we can commence your treatment on time.

If you are late, we may not be able to complete a full treatment.

15 minutes late is considered a no show appointment and full fee will  be charged.

A non refundable payment of $40 is required for all new clients and is redeemable off the treatment price.

We understand that life happens and there may be times that you need to change your booking, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice by making contact with staff. Please note opening hours.

Failure to provide 24 hours cancellation notice will result in:

  • 50% of treatment value cancellation fee payable before further treatments can be booked.

  • If the treatment has been prepaid it will be forfeited

  • No shows will be charged 100% of treatment cost.

Refund Policy:

The Happy Colon Clinic packages are non refundable and non transferable. We are unable to provide a change of mind refunds.

Payment Policy:

The Happy Colon Clinic accepts Cash, Eftpos, Visa & Mastercard, ZIP Money and After Pay.

All appointments preformed must be paid in full.

The Happy Colon Clinic does not offer accounts or payment plans.

These policies are in place to confirm your commitment to attending your scheduled appointment and to protect the clinics interest in the incident of late cancellations.

As a courtesy you do receive reminders to your phone and email 48 hours prior to appointment time. Your appointment time is  your responsibility and I do welcome calls to the clinic to 'double check' your appointment time.
